Refund Policy

Please write to us at support@airblack.com if you want to reach out with a request for refund. However, please ensure that you comply to all of the following:

  • If you have paid a token amount for the membership, you will not be eligible for a refund, as this price is paid upfront to block your seat.
  • 100% refund is possible provided you have not attended any session and request a refund at least 7 days before the batch start date.
  • No refund is possible if there are fewer than 7 days to the batch start, or if the batch has already started.
  • No refund is possible if you have requested a batch change for any reason.

    Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
